As we are a New Zealand-based pharmacy all orders paid with credit card are processed are in $NZ. Due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates over time, your orders may vary in price from time to time. (For example: a product costing NZ$100 would be worth US$60 at an exchange rate of NZ$1 = US$0.60, but would be worth US$50 at an exchange rate of NZ$1 = US$0.50). This also means when we refund, we refund in NZD and if your card is in a different currency the refund will be a slightly different amount than what was billed, and we have no control over this (it could be either more or less). Also, many products are priced in the currency of the country they ship from, meaning each day the price in your own country's currency will change by a small percentage. For example, while the GBP price of a product shipping from the UK may never change, the USD price a customer sees could change by 5% over a year if the currency rate exchange changed by 5%.
