Vital All-In-One (originally named Vital Greens) was developed in 2000 by Australian naturopaths Stephen Sprada and Shane Sullivan,who were treating patients taking up to 20 tablets a day without seeing any benefits. They developed Vital All-In-One, a nutritional formula delivered in a powder format to encourage better absorption. Vital All-In-One helps to give people their daily requirements of vitamins, minerals, nutritional superfoods, antioxidants, prebiotics and probiotics to support you to be at your absolute best. It is designed to be your total daily health supplement, helping to give your body everything it needs nutritionally in two single teaspoons.

DIRECTIONS: Adults (12 years +) Dissolve 10g (two heaped teaspoons) into 200-300mL of water, juice (eg. apple or blackcurrant) or milk of your choice, once a day. If taking Vital All-In-One for the first time, we suggest halving the serve to 5g (one heaped teaspoon) for 2-4 weeks before starting the full 10g daily serve. Do not heat or add to heated liquid as it can effect the potency of the probiotics. Add Vital All-In-One to  your smoothie or sprinkle on your cereal. Vital Protein is an ideal companion to Vital All-In-One. Refrigerate after opening and use within 90 days.
