Harker Herbals Iron Tonic is a delicious organic blackberry tonic high in iron and silica. May support healthy energy and mineral levels for the whole family. May assist in most low energy or fatigue disorders.
DIRECTIONS: Shake vigorously before use.
Adults: 5-10mls, 3-4x daily.
Child: half the adult dose.
Baby: (over 1 year) quarter the adult dose.
Swill for 10 secs before swallowing.
CAUTION: Not to be taken in pregnancy or lactation. Consult your healthcare professional if suffering a thyroid condition, taking blood thinners or blood pressure medication.
CONTRAINDICATIONS: renal impairment, including oedema and cardiac insufficiency.

Active Ingredients: Blackberry pure concentrate, Horsetail, Yellow Dock.
Herbs: Carrageen, Cayenne, Ginger, Kelp, Licorice, Oatstraw
Pure Essential Oils: Aniseed, Jojoba, Lemon, Spearmint
Plus: Celtic sea salt, Citric acid, Organic iodine, Vegetable glycerine
