Good Health Vitamin C Plus Echinacea, Elderberry and Zinc is an immune protecting complex that contains key natural immune-boosting ingredients to help protect against ills and chills. The delicious chewable tablets, provide year-round immune support with no artificial colours, flavours, sweeteners or preservatives and are suitable for the whole family.
DIRECTIONS:
Children 3-5 years: Crush or chew 1 tablet daily.
Children 6-12 years: Chew 1-2 tablets daily
Adults: Chew up to 4 tablets daily.
Acute Adult Dose: Chew up to 6 tablets daily or as professionally advised.
CAUTION: Choking hazard. Not to be taken by children under 3 years of age without medical advice. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Keep out of reach of children.

Total Vitamin C 250mg Sodium Ascorbate 170mg Ascorbate Acid 80mg
Zinc (from Amino Acid Chelate) 1mg
Herbal extracts equivalent to fresh:
Echinacea purpurea Herb Flowering Top Juice 250mg
Sambucus nigra (Elderberry) Fruit 200mg
Contains tabletting aids
