Good Health Rapid Calm is a unique complex containing scientifically researched L-Theanine. This amino acid crosses the blood brain barrier to support a calm and relaxed mood. Good Health Rapid Calm helps during times of heightened stress and starts working with noticeable results in 15 minutes. This complex also contains Vitamin D for year-round mood support as well as Magnesium for nervous tension and to support a restful sleep. Rapid Calm tablets dissolve easily in water for a refreshing, natural lemon flavoured drink.
DIRECTIONS:
Maintenance Dose:
Adults: Dissolve 1 effervescent tablet in approximately 200ml of water daily.
Children from 12 years: Dissolve half a tablet daily or as professionally advised.
In times of heightened stress and panic:
Adults: Dissolve up to 2 tablets daily.
Children from 12 years: Dissolve 1 tablet daily or as professionally advised.
