Good Health B Activated B12 contains Methylcobalamin, the active methylated form of B12. It is vital in supporting the normal processes for general wellbeing. Good Health B Activated B12 are delicious berry vanilla flavoured tablets that dissolve under the tongue, providing rapid release of this essential nutrient. Methylcobalamin supplementation may be beneficial when dietary intake is low or when absorption is impaired.
DIRECTIONS: Adults: Take 1 tablet daily or as professionally advised. Place under the tongue and allow to dissolve. B12 requirements may be higher for vegetarians, vegans and those following a restricted diet.
